Our business is actually quite simple. Big box retailers purchase massive quantities from manufacturers to fulfill there order quantities. Any surplus inventory that goes unsold is then off-loaded to several closeout distributors. This model is most popular in stores such as Winners (if you're in Canada) or TJMaxx if you're shopping in the USA. Our business model is identical to this, we buy overstock from these large big box retailers, and pass those savings onto the customers.

The vast majority of our catalog is items that are in brand-new condition. Some of these items have been sold at the store front level, and may exhibit signs of handling, but aside from that they are not used in anyway. Any items that are used are clearly labelled. We are working hard to implement a quality check feature that will allow our shoppers to request a quality check prior to purchasing. This will allow them to inspect the entire item as it is in our warehouse prior to purchasing. We do our best to ensure our customers are getting only the highest quality items at the most affordable prices.

All orders are processed in 24 working hours. If you are located in Canada, delivery can take between 3-10 business days depending on your location and province. We use the fastest available shipping option between Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.

For deliveries in the United States standard delivery time is 4-10 business days, delivered through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

We also offer in-store pickup options for our shoppers in the Greater Toronto Area 7 days a week. Please note there is a processing time for in-store pickups.
