How will I know my order is ready?
You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
Where do I go when I come to pick up my order?
Once your order is ready, please bring a photo I.D. with the same name on the order. You will need to confirm your order number with the receptionist. Please notify the receptionist you are picking up an online order from Wholezales.
Can I make the pickup process go faster?
Yes, if you wish for safety reasons to have the process go faster you can email us at support@wholezales.com or message us through live chat that you are on your way to pick up your order, the order will be ready for you at the front.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Your order will typically take 1-2 business days to process.
What if I can't pick up my order within a week?
If you are unable to pickup your order within a week, please contact us at support@wholezales.com or through live chat to confirm when you will be available to pick up your order. If you do not contact us within 7 days, we will automatically cancel and refund your order.
