At Wholezales, most of our products are final sale since we are a reseller of overstock merchandise. We do not offer warranties. However, returns may be accepted under limited circumstances, as outlined below.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:

Misrepresentation of the item – The product you received is not the same as described or pictured.

Damaged or defective items – The item arrives damaged or not working. (Items sold “as-is” are excluded from this condition.)
To qualify:

Items must be returned in the same condition received.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

For in-store and pickup orders, we recommend thoroughly inspecting items before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Certain health & personal care items
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Deliveries
If your order is lost, stolen, or misplaced in transit:

We must wait for the courier to complete their investigation (1–2 weeks) before issuing a refund.

Once confirmed as lost, stolen, or misplaced, a full refund (including taxes & shipping) will be issued.

This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business under fraud prevention guidelines.
Refunds

For online returns, a $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@wholezales.com
Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping Returns
